As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you evaluate clients' financial profiles and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
You act as your clients' Mortgage Advisor from initial consultation to closing, ensuring that they understand and follow your professional recommendations.
Collaboration with underwriters and other team members, as well as your Realtors and other third‑party service providers, is key to delivering timely and efficient service.
This position takes place in a home office setting.
You engage with clients via Zoom, phone, and email, and maintain detailed records of all transactions in cloud‑based systems.
