Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented, and experienced Accounting Analyst for a permanent position in our thriving manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our financial team, responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Oversee the month‑end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded in a timely manner.

Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor the company’s performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Utilize SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data and generate reports.

Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by verifying all entries and reconciling any discrepancies.

Conduct detailed financial analysis to aid in decision‑making and strategy development.

Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Provide support to internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work output.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
