Associate Regional Vice President

We are seeking an Associate Regional Vice President. This is a business development role working directly with our custodial partners, prospective clients, and WEG advisors covering a specific territory. The primary goal is to close and successfully transition clients to a WEG Advisor. The ideal candidate demonstrates a broad understanding of wealth management practices, financial planning, and relationship building, with the ability to strategically grow and expand the business.

This is a remote position; candidates should live within the territory (Boston Area) and be willing to travel to client sites. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do.

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this RVP position is $175k – 225k annually. The range reflects a base salary and variable compensation; actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, credentials, and productivity. A full benefits suite is offered, including health and dental insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid time off and other benefits.

Primary Job Functions
  • Partner directly with the senior RVP to increase market share and grow territory by managing relationships with custodial partners
  • Participate in sponsored events, branch meetings, client events, etc.
  • Educate on WEG’s resources, value proposition, solutions and services
  • Conduct regular presentations on WEG’s capabilities
  • Educate and communicate various investment strategies and solutions
  • Source and close prospects
  • Educate custodial clients on the WEG financial planning process
  • Profile and understand prospective client needs
  • Engage and communicate prospective client needs to WEG advisor
  • Partner, educate and work with WEG Advisors across the country
  • Participate in Wealth Enhancement trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and be proficient in advisor/client facing technology
  • Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement’s Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics or related field
  • Series 65, Series 7 & 66 or advanced designation such as a CFP, CFA or CIMA
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the wealth management industry
  • Prior experience as an advisor / wealth manager, managing clients (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must have a clean U4 with no disclosures
