You will join the Data & Reporting of NIBC’s Retail department in a collegial atmosphere focused on respect, appreciation and positivity.
ResponsibilitiesYour team is responsible for investor reporting and investor services, and plays a leading role in data management for mortgages and savings. You will learn, grow and support in managing reliable and complete financial information for our investors.
You’ll be expected to collaborate across departments, handle ad‑hoc requests, meet tight deadlines and automate processes where possible.

- Experience working with numbers and data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Business Objects, Power BI, SQL).
- Eager to learn, proactive and solutions‑oriented with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, timelines and demands.
- Flexible team player who can manage ad‑hoc requests and tight deadlines.
- Desire to automate processes where possible.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferably in a field requiring work with numbers and data).
- Analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork competencies.
- Initiative, not afraid to ask questions and keen to develop yourself.
- (Nice if) Experience with finance and control reporting processes.
- (Nice if) Knowledge and experience in asset management and mortgage securitizations (Originate to Manage / Originate to Distribute).
- (Nice if) Knowledge of the Dutch retail mortgage market.
