Brilliant® is seeking a Plant Controller (Floater) to support multiple plant locations and operational finance initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong manufacturing accounting experience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
This role entails supporting plant accounting functions, month-end close, reconciliations, and budgeting while partnering with operations and corporate accounting teams.
