To expand our finance team we are looking for a Crypto Trading Specialist passionate about Bitcoin and digital assets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven, if even small, track record in executing trading strategies across various cryptocurrency markets, and a 1 / 2 year experience. You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth technical and fundamental analysis and staying current with market trends and regulatory changes. This role requires a strong understanding of different trading platforms and analytical tools. Your main goal will be to manage risk in order to maintain a neutral position in relation to the market through disciplined and data‑driven trading decisions.

This position will be mentored by our Trading Team.
What you will do
In your role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute trades and blockchain transactions on behalf of the company.
Ensure the integrity of our trading and hedging operations by actively monitoring activity and managing risk parameters.
Manage the daily settlement and reconciliation of trades, supporting members of the team in monthly and yearly reconciliations.
Create reports, analyses and presentations to clarify aspects of your work and to provide insight for all the other teams. Monthly scouting related to crypto assets news and regulations will be fundamental.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to our processes and systems.
Who we are looking for
We have the perfect job for you, if you have these skills:
You must understand and be actively interested in financial markets: experience in trading operations or a similar area is required.
Strong data analysis skills with data visualisation tools (i.e.: MS Excel, Power

BI) and working with databases.
Your passion for cryptocurrencies/blockchain is clear. Your knowledge and capability to interact with the blockchain on different platforms will be assessed.
You can identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently, escalating them to the appropriate team when needed.
The Edge
Furthermore, you are the ideal candidate if:
Your experience has been gained in fintech start-ups.
You’re familiar with Refinitiv and other financial / AML tools.
You’re familiar with juridical language and can smoothly comprehend regulations as they are passed.
