Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics.
You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value. Are you ready to work on the most complex financial transactions in the Netherlands? Think IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, GAAP conversions and refinancing deals – all involving intricate accounting and financial reporting challenges.
As a CMAA Associate at PwC, you'll be at the center of it from day one. Our Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team advises leading companies on complex accounting and financial reporting matters during moments of exceptional change. Whether it's the application of new accounting standards, the execution of capital markets and M&A transactions, or large-scale transformation projects, we help our clients navigate the embedded accounting and reporting complexity.
We do this both as trusted advisors to our non-audit clients and as specialists supporting our audit teams on complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
