Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, model and interpret operational commercial and financial data.
• Proactively identify and report deviations from financial objectives and advise on appropriate corrective measures.
• Analyse results in depth on a monthly basis and present the most important conclusions and recommendations in a clear manner.
• Draw up budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Think along with the business and provide substantiated advice to improve efficiency and risks.

• Higher degree in economics or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel, SAP or a similar system.
• Proficient in Dutch; able to communicate in French and English.
• Flexible regarding working hours and mobility.
• Driven, customer‑oriented, assertive, and delivers quality work.
• Analytical, results‑oriented and a problem‑solving thinker with a helicopter view.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Honest, punctual with a sense of responsibility and organization.
