  • Address ad‑hoc investment‑related issues as they arise and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the firm’s risk profile.
  • Perform annual and quarterly due diligence through reviews of documentation, conference calls and on‑site meetings, and summarize key findings for management and committee review.
  • Maintain organized records of fund policies and procedures, including proxy voting and best execution, and prepare, review, and present materials for periodic trust investment committee meetings.
  • Participate in divisional and corporate development initiatives to support process improvement, collaboration, and continued professional growth.

  • Proven initiative and problem‑solving skills with thorough follow‑up.
  • Logical and analytical, with a natural curiosity and inquisitiveness, particularly in financial markets.
  • Independent self‑starter with regular and reliable attendance in accordance with position, business and/or client needs.

  • Drive to broaden knowledge of the financial services industry, learn new concepts, systems, and apply them to daily work.
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Attention to detail to ensure deliverables meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborative posture with internal and external stakeholders.
