Junior Investment Advisor - Temporary

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, proactive, tailor‑made investment advice to UHNWI clients and sophisticated wealth management customers across all asset classes and markets.
• Manage a book of advisory direct clients, including careful execution on all asset classes and instruments.
• Oversee ongoing monitoring of advisory portfolios (risk budget, performance, asset allocation).
• Generate and produce frequent investment ideas and solutions for advisory clients within the private client unit.
• Present market views, investment strategy and investment ideas to relationship managers, clients and prospects.
• Prepare and participate in client pitches.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, focused on direct client holistic investment advisory or on execution (Execution Desk).
• Strong passion for financial markets, proactive mindset, continuous drive to learn and grow within the advisory field.
• Excellent knowledge of all asset classes and proficiency in executing client orders on all instruments under pressure.
• Knowledge of macroeconomics and investment strategy.
• Experience in portfolio management is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
  German is highly appreciated.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player with strong organization skills, strategic thinking and willingness to take ownership of multiple tasks.
• Flexible, proactive, open‑minded attitude, charismatic personality and strong desire to deliver excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance tools (Bloomberg, Factset is an asset).
