Financial Accounting Analyst

Location: Hybrid – associates to be in-office 1‑2 days per week, with flexibility for remote work. Alternate locations considered for candidates within commuting distance. Candidates outside commuting distance will not be considered unless accommodations are granted as required by law.

Job Description: The Financial Accounting Analyst supports all month‑close functions, including closing, analysis, reporting, and project leadership.

• Review and interpret accounting transactions and results.
• Prepare financial, business, and process presentations.
• Identify complex accounting problems or workflow issues, research solutions, and implement corrective steps to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate, manage and lead complex projects and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power Query and advanced digital capabilities (e.g., chat
  
  GPT).
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience with month‑end close processes, account reconciliation, and statutory accounting principles.
