Finance Business Partner, Senior
The Finance Business Partner, Senior supports Regional Business Directors and executive leaders across complex, high‑priority areas with enterprise or cross‑portfolio impact. This hybrid position expects presence in the office 1–2 times per week.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis & Operations
Provide insight by integrating financial and non‑financial information, synthesize data sources to identify root causes, emerging risks, and value‑creation opportunities. Develop analysis framed for strategic implications and support executive‑ and Board‑level decisions.
- Financial Planning and Analysis Support
Own business line planning cycles, lead scenario, sensitivity, and stress‑testing analysis. Challenge analytical work for clarity and strategic relevance and provide recommendations to Director‑led strategy.
- Relationship Management
Act as trusted financial advisor to senior leaders, challenge assumptions, influence decision making, and ensure credibility and strategic alignment.
- Team Support and Development
Coach and mentor analysts, support onboarding, and reinforce finance standards and analytical rigor.
- Organizational Responsibilities
Align work with the organization’s mission, values, and equity, diversity, and inclusion commitments.
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience in core areas such as financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or accounting.
- Experience supporting senior executives or board‑level decision processes.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
- Ability to analyze complex financial and operational information and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Leadership, judgment, and influence skills in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proficiency with financial and reporting tools; adaptability and resilience.
- Indoors, office‑based with some hybrid presence; also remote work permissible.
- Travel may be required occasionally.
- Work environment includes ergonomics and general office equipment.
