Our team of 22,000 people across 19 countries serves more than 3.5 million individual, small business and institutional clients. Job Description

We are looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst in the Advice and Wealth Management (AWM) LFO team. In this role you will support the Franchise Advisor Group (AFG) platform, partnering closely with the business and finance leadership to deliver accurate month‑end results, forward‑looking insights, and decision‑ready analyses. This role owns core financial processes, including results reporting, forecasting, and planning—while providing analytical support for business decisions impacting advisor growth, retention, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own month‑end results reporting activities for the business, ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑explained results.
  • Perform independent, fact‑based analysis using multiple data sources to identify root causes, quantify impacts, and track benefits from prior decisions.
  • Develop concise, executive‑ready commentary explaining performance, risks, and emerging trends.
  • Enhance and maintain forecast and planning models that are aligned with business drivers.
  • Assess the forecast and the financial implications of business decisions, strategy changes, and advisor initiatives.
  • Partner with the business on new initiatives and review Cost‑Benefit Analyses (CBAs), identify risks, gaps, or assumption issues, and work with partners to resolve prior to approval.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a financial, analytical, or related role.
  • Strong command of financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheets and analytical tools.
  • Experience with accounting and financial concepts with the ability to apply them to business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, decision‑supporting analyses and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with the business and help support new initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build credibility, and operate effectively with senior leadership.
In‑Office Collaboration

We are a client‑centric, relationship‑based business. Working together, in‑person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in‑office time or different in‑office expectations; specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Visa Sponsorship

Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H‑1B, F‑1 CPT, F‑1 OPT, TN).

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $71,300–$98,100 per year. We have a pay‑for‑performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well‑being, including vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental, and life insurance.
