Remote Vice President Finance

Position: Remote Vice President Finance at Source Atlantic
Lead financial strategy with Source Atlantic as Vice President of Finance, offering the flexibility of remote work. Drive growth initiatives and enhance performance metrics for nationwide impact.

As an accomplished leader, you will play a key role in supporting Source Atlantic’s growth strategy from any major metropolitan area in Canada, preferably Calgary, AB. You will manage financial risks and partner closely with the Canadian President and executive leadership team. This position demands a strong background in financial governance, strategic planning, and collaborative decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic finance advisor to the President

• Monitor financial performance metrics and KPIs

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and regional planning

• Drive efficiencies and reduce operational costs

• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Senior FP&A leadership

• Advanced degree, preferably an MBA

• Proven experience in multi-site operationally intensive businesses

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Track record of profitable revenue growth
