  • Analyze global economic trends, monetary policy, geopolitics, and market cycles, to identify key market themes, risks, and portfolio implications
  • Partner closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to curate key investment perspectives
  • Distill research and perspectives from analysts, portfolio managers, and external research providers into clear, concise, and relevant communication for internal stakeholders and Wealth Advisors
  • Participate in Investment Committee and asset allocation meetings focused on macroeconomic developments, investment strategy, and portfolio implementation
  • Conduct macroeconomic and market research projects, including sourcing and analyzing data, identifying trends and relationships, and presenting findings
  • Prepare and deliver materials for weekly Asset Allocation meetings, including documenting market themes, asset mix exposures, and portfolio risks
  • Create and maintain macroeconomic and market charts and dashboards utilized across the organization
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc investment communications and presentations for internal stakeholders, client meetings, and prospective client discussions
  • Analyze portfolio exposures and risks including duration, yield curve positioning, credit exposures, sector allocations, and other portfolio-level characteristics
  • Support the creation of quarterly outlooks and other strategic investment publications through data analysis, chart creation, and written commentary
  • Influence and support internal stakeholders and Wealth Advisors through strong investment communication and thought leadership
What You Bring

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into compelling narratives
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams and stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience preparing investment presentations, market commentary, and strategic communications for internal and external audiences
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast paced environment
