* Act as a performance coach for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management assisting Financial Advisor Practices and Advisory Branch Managers and Market Leadership teams in developing and executing strategies and tactics to increase the productivity of Financial Advisors and their respective teams, and ultimately enhancing the client experience. Assist in building truly effective teams which have a tremendously positive influence on the performance of the organization, and can be a critical driver of shareholder value.

The MPC will engage in research, content development, and program execution related to organization design and best practices.

The Performance Coach role is responsible for coaching Financial Advisors, their teams and/or Market Leadership teams, developing strategies and tactics to increase productivity and effectiveness to enhance the client experience and ultimately drive business growth. Key responsibilities include individual and team coaching along with research, content development, and program execution. Job expectations include building and supporting high performance teams that positively influence organizational performance, consistently utilizing Practice Management Group (PMG) tools and processes, serving as a critical driver of shareholder value.
