Job Overview
Harris Corporate invites you to join our Payroll team as a US Payroll Administrator. In this remote role you will administer day‑to‑day payroll operations, prepare and review regulatory reporting, assess and establish internal controls, evaluate current payroll operations, offer recommendations for process improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare and process accurate biweekly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple US states.
- Accountable for all payroll aspects including GL reporting, W‑4 changes, direct deposits, non‑exempt wage calculations, voluntary and non‑voluntary deductions, garnishments, leaves of absence, and termination payments.
- Collaborate with HR on benefit deductions, leave of absence and disability, onboarding, termination, documentation retention, and related payroll items.
- Process and monitor tax payments and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
- Perform payroll audits as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to and resolve payroll questions, discrepancies, and deliver quality customer service.
- Assist in developing overall payroll procedures by recommending improvements or changes for greater efficiency.
- Work with the finance team on bank statement reconciliation and general ledger inquiries.
- 3+ years of recent hands‑on payroll processing experience.
- Experience with large payroll processing systems such as Ceridian, ADP, Workday, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Workday experience.
- Ceridian Dayforce experience.
- 3 weeks vacation and 5 personal days.

Salary range: $50,000–$60,000 per year.
