Position: Finance Administrator Hybrid Role
Finning Canada is seeking a hybrid Finance Administrator for their Edmonton office. This temporary role provides essential financing support with flexible working arrangements.

As a Finance Administrator on a 6-month contract, you will connect with sales and customers to ensure effective financing processes. Your tasks will include preparing funding documentation, handling equipment credit releases, and rapidly addressing potential roadblocks. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to promoting efficiency and maintaining professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and financial teams for quotes

• Offer administrative support for financing processes

• Conduct searches using Personal Property Registry systems

• Track and document financing activity

• Mitigate risks and enhance customer delivery

Requirements:

• At least two years in finance or credit

• Proficient in MS Office and internal systems

• Strong organization and prioritizing skills

• Committed to delivering excellent customer service

• Attentive to detail and capable of problem-solving
