The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating complex topics in a clear and ethical manner. Prior experience in financial services is not required; comprehensive training and licensing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver financial education to individuals and families through virtual meetings
- Explain financial concepts related to protection, accumulation, and retirement planning
- Support clients through a standardized, needs-based education process
- Maintain accurate documentation and professional client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training, compliance, and professional development
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing (training provided)
- Must successfully complete a background check
