Senior Manager, Finance

Overview

The Senior Manager, Finance will primarily provide end-to-end finance support for the TAAP Subsegment. This role partners with CE sales leadership team to drive sales performance and revenue growth, provide decision support, and help steer and execute the overall business strategy. This leader will be collaborative and partner across teams to drive results and support Business and Finance AI transformation.

About The Role

• Have ownership of GTM channel planning and support including structure, compensation, and quotas
• Participate actively in development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business including overall renewal strategy
• Perform analytics and lead the delivery of accurate and timely sales and revenue financial results
• Partner closely with the sales and finance leaders to operationalize the plan/forecast
• Develop domain expertise and understanding of key drivers impacting sales and revenue
• Ensure effective business partner engagement to support and influence teams in making sound strategic decisions for the business
• Develop solid relationships with all areas of the business and demonstrate an ability to be an effective and trusted advisor
• Communicate effectively to senior business and finance leaders, including the communication of complex ideas clearly
• Mentor and develop a team of individuals to help create solutions to problems. Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members.
• Lead Safe Send Accounting and Customer-to-Cash operations (billing/collections support, A/R oversight, month-end close deliverables, reconciliations, reporting, and approvals for bills/payments/JEs/bank recs).
• Own PvU revenue recognition governance and Net Suite admin controls (validate Salesforce-to-accounting outcomes, partner on remediation/automation fixes, post manual adjustments for errors/upgrades, and correct invoices/credits to maintain clean audit trails).
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary

• College degree required and graduate degree or certification in business or finance (such as MBA or CPA) strongly preferred
• Experience:
  
  8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience
• Experience supporting sales high performing sales and retention organization
• Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data
