Senior Manager, Finance

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Finance will primarily provide end‑to‑end finance support for the TAAP Subsegment, partnering with CE sales leadership to drive sales performance, revenue growth, and strategic business decisions.

• Own GTM channel planning and support, including structure, compensation, and quotas.
• Actively develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at growing the business, including overall renewal strategy.
• Perform analytics and deliver accurate, timely sales and revenue financial results.
• Operationalize plans/forecasts in partnership with sales and finance leaders.
• Develop domain expertise and understand key drivers impacting sales and revenue.
• Engage effectively with business partners to influence sound strategic decisions.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to senior business and finance leaders.
• Mentor and develop a team, set direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance.
• Lead Safe Send Accounting and Customer‑to‑Cash operations: billing/collections support, A/R oversight, month‑end close deliverables, reconciliations, reporting, and approvals for bills, payments, JEs, bank reconciliations.
• Own Pvu revenue recognition governance and Net Suite admin controls, validating Salesforce‑to‑accounting outcomes, partnering on remediation/automation fixes, post‑manual adjustments, and correct invoices/credits.
• Perform ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.

• College degree required; graduate degree or certification in business or finance (e.g., MBA, CPA) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
• Experience supporting high‑performing sales and retention organizations.
• Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data.

Base compensation range is $115,300–$214,100 USD for eligible US locations (NYC, SF, LA, Irvine, VA, DC). For other eligible US locations, base range is $100,100–$185,900 USD. Compensation is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Additional annual bonus possible.
