Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. This person will be responsible for the financial accounting and analysis for multiple RVO Health’s high‑growth business units. Ideal candidates will possess a fun, positive, energetic attitude and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment. This position will have an immediate impact on RVO Health’s business units and daily exposure to our executive leadership team.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in‑office work schedule. Employees work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. Remote work is welcomed Mondays and Fridays if desired.

• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries
• Support month‑end closing process and preparation of company financial statements
• Maintain and update company’s financial records, including general ledger, fixed asset management, amortization schedules, and Capex/CIP reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of AR and AP subledgers to the General Ledger
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure adequate financial and internal controls
• Perform financial analyses and special projects as requested
• Provide financial data to shareholders as requested
• Collaborate in process improvement initiatives, including formalization of control procedures for selected cycles
• Collaborate on special integration projects as needed

• 2+ years of prior accounting experience
• Proficiency utilizing financial systems and reporting packages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be a team player

• Starting Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
