In this key role, you will serve as a financial architect, shaping Poppy & Peonies' financial strategies and frameworks. From forecasting to profit and loss management, your insights will drive key business decisions and support new market expansions. Collaborate with leadership to optimize profitability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement long-term financial strategies
• Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting practices
• Manage cash flow and treasury for business needs
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits
• Partner with teams for data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
• CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA qualification
• Extensive finance leadership experience
• Strong capabilities in FP&A and modeling
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Previous experience in retail or fashion is advantageous
