We are searching for a skilled Consultant, Actuarial with over 5 years of P&C Insurance experience. This role focuses on rate making, reserving, and corporate planning, offering you the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring colleagues by providing coaching and conducting peer reviews. Your insights will contribute to shaping our business strategies while promoting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in training and coaching of analysts

• Oversee large-scale actuarial projects independently

• Contribute to strategy discussions with actionable insights

• Address complex actuarial problems effectively

• Create a supportive atmosphere for team engagement

Requirements:

• University Degree or relevant education

• Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience

• Strong knowledge of SAS, VBA, R, or Python

• ACAS or FCAS designations preferred

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
