Heraeus is looking for a high‑impact Senior Trader to join our New York trading team. If you thrive in fast‑paced markets, excel at managing risk, and bring deep expertise in precious metals trading, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact on a global scale.

• Execute strategic buy/sell trades to optimize pricing and profitability
• Manage precious metals inventory, risk, and financing
• Develop and implement hedging and trading strategies
• Monitor global markets, trends, and pricing dynamics in real time
• Identify new trading opportunities and supply channels
• Build strong relationships with clients and trading partners
• Share market insights and collaborate across the trading team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of commodities trading experience
• Direct experience with precious metals trading (required)
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP a plus)
