Edward Jones invites you to join as a financial advisor, building your own practice with support from regional and home office teams.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Work with a firm‑provided branch office and client support network that extends from your office to the region and home office.

Earn Salary, Commissions, and Asset Compensation- No ceiling to earning potential – compensation is tied to effort.
- Multi‑faced compensation package includes profitability bonuses, profit sharing, and incentive travel.

Hiring Minimum $50,000;
Hiring Maximum $125,000.
- Strong communication skills and self‑starter.
- Love of learning and challenges, determination to succeed.
- Skilled in long‑term relationship building.
- Adaptable to new information, seeking right solutions for clients.
- Comfortable with critical thinking.
- Passion for new opportunities.
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services working with clients; in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services; track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC®, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
