As an MMS Specialist, you will focus on mortgage documentation, utilizing your strong organizational and time-management abilities. Work directly with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth processes while addressing customer inquiries promptly. Your contributions will uphold compliance and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze loan documentation and resolve related issues

• Propose solutions to improve client experience and process flow

• Develop and conduct training for team members

• Collaborate with internal and external mortgage stakeholders

• Maintain customer satisfaction during peak service levels

Requirements:

• Experience as a Law Clerk, in Real Estate, or Mortgage preferred

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and organization abilities

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
