Position Overview
Fund Manager Sr. within PNC's Multi‑Family Capital organization, based in Portland, OR. Remote work may be available for selected geographic locations with approval; occasional in‑office participation may be required.
Responsibilities- Oversee financial management and performance of multifamily and commercial real estate investment funds, including fund‑level accounting and financial modeling.
- Manage fund financial models, coordinate and review tax returns, administer capital calls and distributions, and monitor fund performance against projected yields.
- Ensure investor commitments, distributions, and return expectations are met in alignment with offering documents and investment strategy.
- Lead fund closings, evaluate and report upon fund performance, provide fund summary information, and respond to investor questions.
- Maintain upper‑tier models, assist with pricing analysis, and identify issues that could affect fund metrics.
- Evaluate requested transaction‑level modifications and exceptions to guidelines for matters affecting the funds.
- Manage the process of investment fund capital and revenue through investment calls for investors and, when appropriate, calls on lines of credit.
Required:
- University or college degree; 8+ years of experience in fund accounting, investor reporting, and financial analysis within real assets or private equity. Experience with CPA firm background preferred.
- Strong accounting and financial modeling foundation; experience in complex fund structures and real estate investments.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, investment performance measurement, reporting, and risk management.
- Strong attention to detail, decision making, and effective communication skills.
Preferred:
- Skills in capital management, change management, credit assessment, equity research, financial analysis, investments, management reporting, and results orientation.
- Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar are beneficial.
Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $. Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
