SOLV Energy is seeking a State Tax Director/Counsel to lead its state tax compliance and controversy functions. This role requires deep technical tax expertise and knowledge of partnership taxation to help optimize tax efficiency in renewable energy operations.
The position can be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Edison, NJ. Applicants should have a JD and preferably CPA or MST, along with 15 years of tax experience.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $166,823 to $212,700, along with medical, dental, and retirement benefits.
