Position: Commercial Mortgage Specialist Hybrid Role

You will serve as a vital link between various departments, utilizing your commercial mortgage expertise to ensure timely processing and compliance with lending guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard loans and manage documentation on SIT and RAISE

• Liaise with brokers and clients for documentation verification

• Update loan details and generate CAFs for approval

• Handle good faith deposit and cancellation processes

• Provide support to underwriters in loan preparations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in commercial mortgage administration

• Degree or diploma in finance or business

• Strong proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication
