Position: Personal Finance Advisor / Certified Financial Planner

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50 - $110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

• Review financial planning scenarios covering budgeting, debt, retirement, and savings strategies.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial advice for clarity, accuracy, and practical applicability.
• Provide structured guidance on client conversations, goal setting, and financial tradeoffs.
• Define actionable financial rules of thumb and decision frameworks for real-world use.
• Deliver clear, empathetic written feedback to improve AI-generated financial guidance.
• Identify compliance considerations and recommend appropriate escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance AI-assisted financial planning tools.

• Strong experience as a financial planner or advisor serving mainstream households.
• Expertise in budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, and risk management.
• CFP certification or equivalent financial planning credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex topics.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Proven ability to apply structured financial planning processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
