Position: Rural Finance Manager Role at RCCbc
The Rural Coordination Centre of BC is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee critical financial functions. This position requires strong financial management skills and offers hybrid or remote working options.

In this role, you will manage daily financial operations while reporting directly to the Finance Director. Your tasks will include financial compliance, preparation of financial statements, and leadership in budgeting processes. You will also supervise the finance team and lead process improvements, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly and year-end financial closing processes

• Create and analyze financial reports and forecasts

• Lead the budgeting process with relevant stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance

• Manage and coach finance personnel effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

• Must have CPA certification and 7+ years experience

• Experience in leadership within finance

• Prior work in healthcare or non-profit organizations preferred

• Familiarity with accounting systems and implementations
