What You’ll Do:
The operations accounting organization at Core Weave performs operational accounting, control, reporting, and compliance for the critical AI infrastructure of our rapidly scaling AI cloud business. The team manages a variety of core accounting and reporting processes and controls globally and partners with Treasury, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, Leasing, Legal, and Tax to track, control, and provide visibility to the company’s compute and supporting assets.
The group partners to develop and operationalize accounting and reporting processes to enable visibility, control, and confident decisions. The group collaborates with stakeholders to quickly find solutions to challenging problems to enable hyper growth.
- Prepare the consolidated cash flow preparation for investing activities.
- Prepare the consolidated fixed asset footnote disclosures and management discussion & analysis for public filings.
- Operationalize and enhance reporting that supports operational decisions and review.
- Enhance internal and external reporting processes for scalability.
- Collaborate with accounting team peers to enhance supporting processes and information flows.
- Adapt reporting processes to appropriately incorporate new financing transactions.
- 3+ years’ accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent) required.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA) preferred.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
- Net Suite experience preferred.
- Process- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment; proactive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
- You love collaborating across teams to solve complex problems.
- You’re curious about where data, systems, and policy meet.
- You’re an expert in building processes that scale.
The base salary range for this role is $98,000 - $143,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
The range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate which can include a variety of factors. These include qualifications, experience, interview performance, and location.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
