Mortgage - Loan Officer Assistant

TEKsystems is searching for qualified candidates for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant position with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL.

Assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications, collecting, analyzing, and reviewing supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and providing support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to inquiries to help them collect required information and complete necessary documentation. The goal of this position is to eventually transition into working as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

• Support and communicate with Loan Officers and Members
• Obtain required documents from members to assist in loan approvability
• Manage the loan from pre-application to post-application
• Calculate income and analyze asset statements
• Make daily phone contact with members (approximately 50% of the job)

• Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in a professional office administrative or financial call center
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CST

Full Time 40 hours per week. Shift options:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm CST (must be available for both). Pensacola, FL – Must report onsite 4 days per week for the first 6 months, with 1 day per week work-from-home. After 6 months, reduce to 3 days per week onsite based on performance/supervisor approval.

Contract position based in Pensacola, FL.

Pay range: $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
