As the Director of FP&A, you will work closely with executive leaders, including the Vice President of FP&A, to oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. In this pivotal role, you will provide actionable insights that align financial strategy with business goals, influencing decision-making and ensuring operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

• Deliver insights on company performance and KPIs

• Collaborate with business unit leaders for financial alignment

• Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making

• Prepare presentations and reports for executive meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred

• 12+ years of finance experience with 5 years in FP&A

• Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools
