Position: Parking Financial Clerk Hybrid Role
Step into a pivotal role with SFU as a Parking Financial Clerk, providing clerical and administrative support in a hybrid work environment. Your expertise in bookkeeping and financial processes will drive efficiency in the Parking & Sustainable Mobility Services department.

This position requires two years of experience alongside a high school diploma. You'll execute tasks such as processing work orders, handling invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Your role will also involve producing comprehensive reports for revenue and expense accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process work orders and cheque requisitions

• Bill clients based on departmental reports

• Reconcile department revenues with financial systems

• Produce financial reports for departmental accounts

• Assist with budget transfers and bank deposits

Requirements:

• High school graduation and relevant coursework

• 2 years of bookkeeping experience required

• Excellent keyboarding accuracy of 50 wpm

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
