Operations Controller - Key Responsibilities
Manage financial performance for manufacturing operations, including inventory, cost of goods sold, and capital expenditures
Prepare forecasts, budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support business decisions
Lead month-end close activities, inventory reconciliations, and operational performance reporting
Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements
Maintain accurate costing, financial controls, and compliance with corporate reporting requirements
Operations Controller - Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience
Strong SAP experience, including production orders, internal orders, and cost center accounting
Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and standard costing
Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
