• Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + bonus

• Oversee and manage budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial statements
• Provide analysis and insight to aid in decision-making
• Interact with external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain efficient reporting processes
• Manage and develop a high-performing team

Preferred Criteria This Role

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Masters Degree
• healthcare or retail industry experience ideal
• 8 years or more of progressive finance experience
• Experience with managing a team
