As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be the strategic financial advisor, responsible for the complete financial planning process. You will develop key revenue forecasting frameworks and scenario analyses critical to business strategy. Leading a capable FP&A team, you will enhance collaboration across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, annual budgets, and forecasting processes

• Lead revenue performance analysis and forecasting initiatives

• Act as a strategic partner to senior executives

• Design robust risk analysis and scenario planning strategies

• Cultivate and mentor a high-performing FP&A team

Requirements:

• 8+ years of finance experience, 3+ years in leadership

• Strong background in FP&A or commercial finance

• In-depth knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce

• Bachelor's degree in relevant finance fields required

• Excellent communication and analysis skills
