Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Auburn, AL. We are a 25+ year proprietary trading firm that allocates firm capital to disciplined traders and scales buying power based on performance and risk management.

Trading from the Southeast:

Trade US markets from your local time — the NYSE opens at 8:30am Central and closes mid-afternoon. The Southeast — from Atlanta to Miami to Charlotte — has become a serious financial corridor over the last decade, with major bank operations, sovereign-wealth offices, and a growing community of independent traders.

This is not a challenge account. Not a demo evaluation. We provide structured capital allocation for traders who want a professional path to scaling capital.

Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions. Maverick is one of the few proprietary trading firms that actively trades options as a core part of its trading approach.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is a profit-split on trading performance, with no base salary. Top-tier traders earn 90% of their net trading profits.
