Senior Financial Analyst - Remote Springfield

This position reports to the Manager of Finance and is responsible for preparing, analyzing and presenting financial information to support operational and strategic decision making. This position provides financial support to the organization through assistance with monthly close process, participation in annual budget process, completion of annual audit schedules and various financial analyses.

• Education:
  
  BS Degree in Finance or Accounting (or similar) or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3‑5 years

• Demonstrated knowledge of financial applications and processes
• Demonstrated ability to interact with leadership teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems
• Knowledge of underlying process flows
• Strong analytical skills, including identification of issues/opportunities and potential resolution
• Independent work, prioritization, efficiency, and problem solving ability
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with position‑specific applications

• Master's Degree
• CPA license
