Position: Senior FP&A Manager Hybrid Role
Take on a transformative role in finance with Celestica as their Senior FP&A Manager based in Toronto. This hybrid position focuses on strategic financial performance and risk mitigation.

We aim to hire a results-driven finance leader with 8+ years of finance experience to lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives. You will be engaged in creating high-level financial reports and driving enhancements in financial planning processes that influence key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors. Your ability to establish cross-functional partnerships will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly and quarterly financial forecasting

• Prepare and present financial reports to executives

• Develop models for long-term strategic plans

• Manage corporate allocation processes

• Pursue ongoing improvements in financial forecasting methodologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of finance experience

• Bachelor's degree; an Accounting designation is a plus

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with Enterprise-level Financial Planning tools
