Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate quarterly and annual retirement plan reports
• Update governance and performance reports for client meetings
• Assist in managing client relationships and inquiries
• Communicate with insurance providers to resolve issues
• Participate in virtual and in-person client meetings
Requirements:
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Background in group benefits and retirement plans
• Understanding of insurance reporting tools
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
