Tax Manager, Accounting & Finance
The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing client tax engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and delivering high-quality advisory services. Primary duties and responsibilities include the review and management of tax preparation (individual, corporate, non-profit), tax planning and advisory services and various business consulting services. Additionally, the Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and directing Accounting Associates in the above-mentioned tasks.
We are looking for someone with 10-12 years of tax experience with an active CPA license. This is a full-time role and is based in Norwell, MA, with some work from home flexibility after initial introductory period.

Education& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation strongly preferred)
- Active CPA license required (no exceptions)
- 10+ years of experience in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Deep expertise in individual and business taxation
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
