The role
- Trade or recreate existing strategies across holding periods, within cash equities
- Apply your skills to solve problems within trade optimization and financial modelling
- Work alongside the C-suite and the team of developers to improve your strategies’ performance
- The day to day will including honing existing strategies, developing new trade ideas and communicating proactively with the team

About you
- 3+ years' trading experience in US equities
- Provable and shareable track record
- Ideally 2.5+ Sharpe, with live capital or in backtests
