National Mortgage Staffing (NMS) is seeking an experienced Remote Wholesale FHA Underwriter. The full-time position involves underwriting FHA mortgage loans and managing a pipeline efficiently while ensuring compliance with HUD and investor guidelines.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of recent mortgage underwriting experience and an active CHUMS t experience in wholesale underwriting is necessary, along with strong knowledge of FHA guidelines.
