Financial Management Associate; Work from Home - Junior Accountant

Corporate F.A.C.T.S., Inc. (C-FACTS) provides outsourced CFO and accounting services to nonprofit organizations, affordable housing developers, and government agencies across the country. We specialize in strengthening financial systems, ensuring 2 CFR Part 200 compliance, and helping organizations become funding-ready.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant who is passionate about financial accuracy, client service, and making an impact in underserved communities.

The Junior Accountant will support multiple client accounts under the supervision of a Senior Manager or CFO. This role is ideal for someone with strong Quick Books experience who enjoys full-cycle accounting and thrives in a structured, remote, team-based environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and journal entries
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Support grant tracking and restricted fund reporting
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation
• Track time accurately in accordance with company policies

• 3–7 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong experience in Quick Books Desktop and/or Quick Books Online
• Experience working with nonprofits or grant-funded organizations preferred
• Understanding of basic GAAP principles
• Familiarity with cost allocation and indirect cost concepts a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
