  • Assist with the preparation of client pitches and other external/internal slide materials.
  • Analyse portfolio data and put them into context with other transactions.
  • Get familiar with various rating agencies’ (Fitch, Moody’s, S&P, DBRS and others) criteria and apply them in your daily work activities.
  • Follow the European capital markets and assist with preparing market updates for external and internal marketing purposes.
  • Gain exposure to a broad range of client types (such as well-known auto original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), large institutional banks, credit providers or leasing companies) across different countries in Europe.

To take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you’ll need:

  • Interest in international capital and financial markets
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Fluency in business English and another European language skill will be welcomed
  • Previous work experience in Corporate Banking will be welcomed.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an international team with professionals from various backgrounds and to obtain a solid overview of different products a bank can offer, capital markets and ABS.

  • Internship allowance
  • Your own work laptop
  • Hybrid working to blend home working for focus and office working for collaboration
  • Personal growth in a professional setting and valuable experience
  • An informal international working environment

During the duration of your internship at ING, it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU-passport holders).
