In this position, you will leverage your finance expertise to help schools and academies optimize their financial operations. Key tasks include training finance teams, preparing management accounts, and guiding clients through year-end processes. Become a trusted advisor and engage in internal projects while mentoring junior members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training for school finance staff
• Serve in senior finance roles temporarily
• Generate budgets, forecasts, and management accounts
• Assist clients with audits and year-end tasks
• Advise on best practices per the Academies Financial Handbook
Requirements:
• ACA or ACCA qualification is a plus
• Strong finance and accountancy background
• Comfortable working independently and training others
• Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and compliance
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have a car
