Senior Manager, Finance – Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Finance will primarily provide end-to-end finance support for the TAAP Subsegment. This role partners with the CE sales leadership team to drive sales performance and revenue growth, provide decision support, and help steer and execute the overall business strategy. The leader will be collaborative and partner across teams to drive results and support Business and Finance AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of GTM channel planning and support—including structure, compensation, and quotas.
- Active participation in developing and executing strategic business plans aimed at growing the business, including renewal strategy.
- Perform analytics and lead delivery of accurate and timely sales and revenue financial results.
- Partner closely with sales and finance leaders to operationalize the plan/forecast.
- Develop domain expertise to understand key drivers impacting sales and revenue.
- Engage business partners to support and influence strategic decisions.
- Build relationships across the business as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate effectively to senior leaders, including complex ideas clearly.
- Mentor and develop a team; set direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance.
- Lead Safe Send Accounting and Customer-to-Cash operations (billing/collections support, A/R oversight, month‑end close deliverables, reconciliations, reporting, approvals for bills/payments/JEs/bank reconciliations).
- Own PvU revenue recognition governance and Net Suite admin controls (validate Salesforce‑to‑accounting outcomes, partner on remediation/automation fixes, post manual adjustments, correct invoices/credits to maintain clean audit trails).
- Perform ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.
- College degree required; graduate degree or certification in business or finance (MBA, CPA) strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
- Experience supporting high‑performing sales and retention organizations.
- Advanced analytical and information‑gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data.

Compensation:
For eligible US locations, base salary range $100,100‑$185,900 USD with additional annual bonus based on performance.
